What we collect

  • Payment details, which are processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number

  • Anything you include when you email us

  • Analytics and advertising data through third-party tools [list the ones you actually use, e.g. Shopify analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics — do not list tools you don't use, and remove this bracket]

Why we collect it

  • To process and deliver your order

  • To contact you about your order (confirmation, tracking, delays, refunds)

  • To respond when you email us

  • To improve the store and, where you have consented or where permitted, to show you relevant advertising

  • To meet legal and accounting obligations

Who we share it with

We share your information only where it is needed to serve you:


  • Our supplier / fulfillment partner — because orders ship directly from our supplier's fulfillment center, we pass them your name, shipping address, and order details so your order can be delivered. This is disclosed here and in our Shipping Policy because it is how our store operates.

  • Payment processors — to take your payment securely

  • Our ecommerce platform and delivery carriers — to run the store and deliver your order

  • Authorities, where required by law


We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Marketing emails

We only send marketing email if you opt in, and every email includes a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately and does not affect your orders.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes, and delete or anonymize personal data when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (subject to records we are legally required to keep). Email Hello@floaterstore.com and we will act on it.
