These terms govern your use of this store and every purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to them. We have written them to be readable, because terms you can't understand aren't really terms you agreed to.

2. How we sell

Floater™ sells as the authorized selling agent of our manufacturing and supply partners. The products offered on this store are sold on behalf of our suppliers, with their written authorization, and orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our supplier's fulfillment center to you. Floater™ is your seller of record and your single point of contact: all questions, tracking, returns, and refunds are handled by us.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe every product accurately and use genuine product imagery. Colors may vary slightly between screens. If we ever discover an error in a product description or price, we will contact you before fulfilling your order, and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Prices and payment

5. Orders and order acceptance

The content of this store (text, images, branding) belongs to Floater™ or is used with the permission of our supply partners. Please don't copy it for commercial use without asking.
